Job Summary
Our client is seeking an AI Coordinator to support the adoption of AI tools and workflows across the business. This role will act as an internal AI enablement resource, helping teams understand, use, and embed AI into day-to-day processes while maintaining strong standards around data governance, privacy, security, and quality. The successful candidate will support AI training, document practical use cases, maintain AI-related datasets, and help identify opportunities to improve productivity, creativity, and operational efficiency through AI-enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate AI adoption and integration initiatives, including tracking milestones, documenting progress, and supporting team alignment.
- Train and support employees on the effective, safe, and practical use of AI tools.
- Provide guidance on prompt development, AI workflow design, and use of AI within common business processes.
- Help maintain AI training datasets to improve model accuracy, relevance, and consistency.
- Document AI use cases, best practices, and examples in a central knowledge repository.
- Support AI governance practices, including privacy, security, responsible usage, and data protection standards.
- Review AI outputs to ensure they align with internal quality, tone, and brand standards.
- Publish recurring updates or newsletters highlighting AI wins, examples, and practical use cases.
- Participate in internal AI working groups and contribute ideas to expand AI adoption.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI to document retrieval, creative content, ideation, internal support, meeting summaries, data entry, and workflow automation.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of large language models, prompting techniques, model behaviour, and practical AI tool usage.
- Experience supporting AI-driven workflows, content generation, dataset curation, or internal AI adoption initiatives.
- Ability to train and coach non-technical users on new tools and technologies.
- Strong written communication, documentation, and knowledge-sharing skills.
- Ability to translate technical AI concepts into clear, practical guidance for business users.
- Understanding of data privacy, security, governance, and responsible AI usage.
- Collaborative, service-oriented approach with strong attention to detail.
- Curiosity and continuous-improvement mindset related to emerging AI capabilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting enterprise AI adoption or internal AI governance programs.
- Exposure to prompt libraries, AI knowledge repositories, or model evaluation workflows.
- Experience with workflow automation, content operations, document retrieval, or internal productivity tools.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 3 years of experience in machine learning, web development, AI enablement, data, or related technology fields.
- Working knowledge of leading AI tools and platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI/ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar LLM-based tools.
- Experience developing training materials, user guides, documentation, or internal enablement content.
