Job description
Join Egis Canada as a Senior Municipal Engineer, driving major projects across the country. Leverage your transportation engineering skills to impact provincial highways and local roadways significantly.

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you’ll manage the civil roadway components of substantial infrastructure projects. This position focuses on both preliminary and detailed design, ensuring all aspects, from highways to drainage improvements, are meticulously executed. Your role also involves mentoring junior staff and maintaining client communication, underscoring the importance of collaboration in successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage civil roadway aspects of major infrastructure projects • Lead data integration from various engineering disciplines • Oversee technical reviews and quality control checks • Prepare and review design drawings and cost estimates • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and clients

Requirements: • Civil Engineering degree with P.Eng. license • At least 10 years of highway engineering experience • Proven detail design capability in infrastructure • Knowledgeable in highway regulations and processes • Access to a vehicle with a valid driver's license
