This role requires a hands-on, execution-focused leader who combines strong technical expertise with business acumen. The VP will not only lead the function but will actively engage in the work – owning outputs, solving complex problems, and ensuring high-quality, timely delivery across all areas of responsibility.

– Development and implementation of effective accounting strategies, policies, procedures and controls. Provide accounting and financial advice, and analytical support.

Relationships with internal stakeholders –

Build a culture of collaboration by working closely with the business units and demonstrating how finance can inform and influence operational and strategic decision‑making. Be a trusted advisor to the CFO, and act as a change agent for the finance function and company as a whole.

Development of the Finance Organization

– Build and lead a business‑centric finance team that understands operational drivers and actively engages with the business. Foster intellectual curiosity and ownership, ensuring team members understand the drivers behind results. Drive talent development and succession planning through coaching, recruitment, and meaningful exposure to the business.

Support financing strategies, refinancing activities, and capital structure decisions.

Lead a multi‑functional Corporate Finance team, providing clear direction, accountability, and hands‑on support.
