Job description
Elevate your career as the Lead Operational Excellence at Côte Gold Mine. You will enhance project management, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize operational value.

Reporting to the Manager, Operational Excellence, this role focuses on developing and executing the PMO and CI programs. You will play a critical role in coaching leaders, balancing project priorities, and maintaining performance reporting across initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: • Continuously improve the OE PMO framework and governance standards • Lead prioritization to align initiatives with budget and strategy • Ensure initiative transparency through portfolio review cadences • Provide leadership across CI programs like Kaizen and VSM • Coach teams for improved Lean practices and management

Requirements: • Degree in engineering, business, or similar field • 7+ years in Operational Excellence or senior CI roles • Lean Six Sigma certification is an asset • Strong facilitation and interpersonal communication skills • Proficient in MS Office; Power BI experience preferred
