Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Consultant based in Dawson Creek, BC, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Sales Consultant will drive equipment sales by building and nurturing relationships with customers, assisting them in identifying and addressing their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Responsibilities include analyzing customer requirements, conducting consultations, delivering product recommendations, and ensuring an exceptional customer service experience. Other day-to-day tasks include maintaining knowledge of company offerings, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales goals.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting, with the ability to align solutions with customer needs
Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive client experience
Strong Communication skills, including listening, presenting, and relationship-building
Keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client accounts
Previous experience in agriculture or construction equipment sales is an asset
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working in hybrid environments
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as required
