Job Description:
Senior Project Manager – ECIF Retention
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a high-impact enterprise data retention and governance initiative within a large, regulated financial services environment.
This role will focus on implementing data retention policies across a centralized customer data platform, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while minimizing downstream impacts across business and technology systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a complex data retention and purge initiative impacting enterprise banking systems
- Drive alignment across business, technology, and data stakeholders
- Establish and manage: Governance structuresSteering committee forumsStakeholder communication plans
- Oversee: Impact assessmentsRisk mitigation strategiesRegression testing coordination
- Partner closely with executive sponsors to ensure program success
- Support transition from early-stage planning into full execution
Required Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of Project Management experience
- Must have implementation of purge policies for the Enterprise Customer Information File (ECIF)
- Active PMP certification
- Experience within banking or financial services
- Strong background in: Data-focused initiatives (data platforms, data governance, or analytics)Regulatory or compliance-driven programs
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level stakeholders
- Strong communication and coordination skills across business and technical teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise customer data platforms / MDM
- Exposure to data retention, governance, or regulatory frameworks
- Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments
- Familiarity with change management principles

- Hybrid (2 days onsite per week)
