Reports to: Director of Ecommerce
Location: Remote (US or Canada)
About the Role:
Euro Style is growing its ecommerce operations and needs a detail-oriented coordinator to keep listings accurate, resolve portal issues efficiently, and maintain the reporting that drives channel decisions. As Ecommerce Coordinator, you will own day-to-day catalog maintenance, ticketing, and data accuracy across our ecommerce partner portals while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Within your first six months, you will have full command of our portal workflows, be independently managing a set of secondary accounts, and contributing measurable improvements to catalog hygiene and reporting accuracy.
This is a lean team. You will own a lot, move fast, and make decisions with full end-to-end responsibility.
What You'll Do:
- Update and maintain product listings across ecommerce partner portals, ensuring accurate pricing, descriptions, attributes, and imagery
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to gather updated assets and push new content to partner portals on time
- Maintain catalog hygiene by catching and correcting data errors, missing fields, and outdated information across all managed listings
- Support the A+ content and enhanced listing process
- Serve as the team's primary point of contact for portal ticketing—managing disputes, damage claims, return requests, and compliance tickets across platforms
- Track ticket resolution timelines and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate manager or partner contact
- Monitor and respond to portal alerts related to listing suppression, compliance flags, or pricing errors
- Maintain and distribute monthly ecommerce reporting including SKU-level performance, customer-level results, and overall channel metrics
- Submit inventory updates to retail partners on a regular cadence to ensure stock availability is accurately reflected
- Stay current on account policy changes, portal updates, and ecommerce industry trends; share relevant updates with the team
- Assist in documenting and improving ecommerce workflows and SOPs
- Manage a small set of secondary accounts independently, handling listings, inventory, and basic issue resolution
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in ecommerce operations, merchandising, marketplace management, or a related role
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; comfortable working with large data sets and maintaining reporting accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail—you catch errors others miss and take pride in data accuracy
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative, low-ego mindset—you pitch in wherever needed and communicate proactively
- Interest in developing analytical skills and growing within an ecommerce team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Furniture or home goods industry experience
- Familiarity with at least one ecommerce vendor portal (Wayfair Partner Home, Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central, etc.)
- Familiarity with machine learning tools, or curiosity about how they can streamline catalog and data tasks
