You will report to the Vice President, Engineering and work closely with cutting‑edge technologies such as FPGAs, GPUs, and high‑speed video interfaces.

Responsibilities
Conduct product requirements analysis and translate them into test strategies and solutions.
Design robust, scalable test systems that support development, qualification, and production testing, ensuring alignment with product architecture and program objectives.
Design and build custom product test fixtures from concept through implementation, including mechanical, electrical, and software elements.
Plan and execute validation and verification activities to confirm test systems meet defined requirements, are fit for purpose, and produce reliable, repeatable results.
Collaborate with design, systems, and validation teams to ensure smooth product integration.
Provide ongoing support to manufacturing and operations teams by troubleshooting test system issues, implementing improvements, and supporting production ramp‑up and sustainment.
Mentor junior engineers and share best practices to foster technical excellence.
Champion process refinements that boost test efficiency and product quality.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of systems test engineering experience.
Experience with C and/or Python programming.
Hardware/software design and automation experience, and knowledge of analog and digital circuitry.
Experience working in CGP or ITAR‑compliant environments is a plus.
Strong foundational skills and a willingness to grow in a fast‑paced, innovation‑driven setting.
