In this full-time opportunity at the Lynn Valley branch, you will take charge of responding to various client needs regarding banking, investments, and credit solutions. By leveraging your knowledge and skills, you will play a crucial role in promoting financial wellness among clients and supporting their financial journeys through personalized strategies.
Key Responsibilities: • Utilize the “Four Pillars” approach for client requests • Provide advice on investment and lending options • Process renewals and negotiate with clients on products • Handle estate account transactions and referrals • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company standards
Requirements: • 2 years of experience in the financial sector • Mutual Funds license is an asset • Knowledge of retail lending processes • Strong understanding of investment products • Excellent client engagement and communication skills
