Job description
Elevate your career as a Senior Key Account Manager with Mondelēz International. Utilize your customer-facing skills to drive revenue growth and build strategic relationships in a hybrid work model.

In this senior-level position, you’ll partner closely with clients to establish and execute a winning growth strategy that benefits both the customer and Mondelēz. With a minimum of ten years of experience in key accounts within Consumer-Packaged Goods, you will lead negotiations and manage P&L effectively while enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop robust, long-term customer relationships • Execute customer strategy and deliver JCBP • Optimize resource use for improved profitability • Drive revenue growth and market share • Collaborate with Field Sales for elevated in-store execution

Requirements: • Minimum 10 years in key account management • Proven leadership in complex negotiations • Proficient in MS Office applications • Strong analytical skills using data resources • MBA or related designation is a plus
