Job description

Nature du travail et responsabilités générales:

L'enseignant aura la responsabilité de l'enseignement des élèves du primaire a titre de généraliste(maths, sciences,études sociales). L'enseignant aura à assurer la supervision des groupes et à dispenser l'enseignement selon les programmes d'études de l'Alberta.

L'enseignant agira de façon à répondre, en collaboration avec la direction et le personnel de l'école, au projet éducatif de la communauté scolaire dans les domaines de la pédagogie, de la culture et de la langue.

Exigences du poste:

  • Une certification en enseignement de l'Alberta ou éligibilité à l'obtenir;
  • Un baccalauréat en éducation ou équivalent;
  • De l'expérience en enseignement des élèves de primaire;
  • Connaître le curriculum d'Alberta Education;
  • Une attitude positive, responsable et autonome;
  • Une excellente maîtrise du français tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit;
  • Une bonne connaissance de l'anglais tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit;
  • Une excellente connaissance des besoins éducatifs en milieu minoritaire;
  • Une appréciation de la diversité des apprenants;
  • Une flexibilité et une motivation à contribuer à la communauté de l'école, la francophonie et le parascolaire;
  • Être légalement admissible à travailler au Canada sans restriction concernant le travail auprès des enfants;
  • Détenir une vérification des antécédents judiciaires avec secteur vulnérable.
