Job description
Leverage your commercial insurance expertise as a Client Executive with Acera Insurance. This full-time role focuses on managing accounts, building client relationships, and delivering top-notch customer service.

Acera Insurance seeks a Client Executive with extensive experience in commercial lines insurance. You'll manage a diverse book of clients, advising them on coverage and educating them on their insurance needs. Your responsibilities include cultivating strong relationships and providing tailored solutions to client challenges in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage and grow a book of commercial accounts • Educate clients on coverage options and exposures • Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently • Collaborate with team members on complex account issues

Requirements: • 3+ years in insurance industry with commercial experience • Strong knowledge of commercial auto and property/casualty • CIP or CAIB designation preferred or in progress • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Familiarity with Epic software is a plus
