This role is part of the Canada Leadership Team and reports directly into MDS NA. It partners with functions and business units to develop roadmaps, plan outcomes, and ensure commitments are met. The position serves as the primary point of contact for Mondelēz International Digital Services and drives the digital agenda across the Canada BU. Key Responsibilities
Define and lead the Digital Vision, Strategy, and roadmap implementation for the BU, serving as the single MDS point of accountability. Act as steward for organizational data, ensuring governance, protection, and appropriate use of data assets. Champion digital transformation and a data‑driven culture, fostering a community of digital champions and advancing analytics, AI/ML capabilities. Accelerate the adoption and value extraction of digital and data products. Provide thought leadership at the market level and partner with global teams to prioritize and deliver the Canada BU agenda. Leverage NA MDS resources to scale solutions globally and at the NA level. Consolidate technology services from global teams and ensure alignment with the BU growth strategy. Manage annual BU budget planning and collaborate with business leads to optimize ROI and resource allocation. Direct vendor and agency relationships for local and legacy solutions, including websites, apps, and sales solutions. Coach business teams on proof of concepts, experiments, and guardrails for new technology. Recommend new and emerging platforms, crafting innovative tactics for best‑in‑class digital experiences for employees, customers, and consumers. Collaborate with Legal to enhance cyber security and data privacy practices. Stay informed about industry trends and benchmark against global digital and technology trends. Qualifications
16+ years of experience that demonstrates strong knowledge in IT project management, infrastructure, solution management, architecture, or innovation. Proven ability to drive projects from conception to completion in a global environment. Experience building and maintaining effective partnerships with internal stakeholders and suppliers. Excellent communication, organizational, problem‑solving, analytical, and multi‑tasking skills. Ability to operate effectively in a changing environment and manage contingency or emergency situations proactively. Strong data‑driven decision making and proficiency in key performance indicators, managerial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting. Desired Skills

BE or MBA degree. Tech leadership roles such as CTO or CIO, with experience running large enterprise‑wide IT projects. Strong understanding of sales and marketing technologies. Experience in at least two of three CPG functional domains: Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain. Work Schedule
Hybrid schedule – Monday through Friday from the Toronto Head Office. Salary and Benefits
The base salary is competitive and tied to experience, skills, and education.
