Job description
Elevate commercial construction as a Senior Project Manager with Chandos, steering projects from concept to completion. Drive precision in execution with a focus on safety and quality.

In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee mid-to-large commercial projects ranging from $10M to $50M+. Your responsibilities include managing the entire lifecycle of project delivery, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule, and mentoring future leaders in the field. Strong collaboration with clients and subcontractors will be key to fostering long-term relationships and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities: • Own mid-to-large project lifecycle, ensuring quality delivery • Oversee design review, budgeting, and contract administration • Shift projects from open to fixed-sum contracts effectively • Implement robust cost control and risk management strategies • Mentor project coordinators to enhance team capabilities

Requirements: • 5+ years in general contracting • 2+ years as a Project Manager on significant projects • Strong understanding of construction management processes • Proficient in MS Project and financial reporting • Valid driver’s license for site visits
