Job summary We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our cloud platform at Delta Controls. In this role, you’ll combine strong product leadership with people management—guiding a team of product professionals while working closely with engineering, UX, and cross‑functional partners.
You’ll play a key role in shaping product vision, scaling our platform, and building a high‑performing product team. If you’re passionate about developing people as much as building great products, this role offers the opportunity to do both.
Duties and responsibilities In this role, you will:
Own the full product lifecycle—from concept and discovery through launch and continuous improvement
Build and maintain a customer‑focused roadmap aligned with business goals
Define clear product requirements and collaborate closely with engineering teams
Conduct customer interviews and translate insights into practical use cases
Prioritize features, bug fixes, and technical improvements based on impact
Lead product validation efforts, including beta programs and releases
Partner with internal teams to ensure platform compatibility and alignment
Support pricing strategy and represent the product in customer conversations and events
Collaborate with Customer Support and Training teams to create helpful resources
Required skills and abilities
Strong analytical thinking and clear communication skills
Solid understanding of cloud platforms, SaaS models, and enterprise software
Proven experience managing products across the full lifecycle
Preferred Skills and Abilities
Background in building automation or IoT.
Experience with cloud platform development or software engineering processes.
Experience using generative AI and LLM tools, integration of LLM tools into SaaS models an asset.
Minimum qualifications and experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (or equivalent practical experience

Full‑time, Permanent Compensation:
$90,000 - $110,000
This range reflects the minimum and maximum target payable for the base salary of new hires across all Canadian locations. Actual compensation may vary outside this range and is dependent on various factors.
