Job description
Join Vancouver Career College as a Bilingual Call Center Specialist. Serve clients in both English and French while ensuring a smooth customer journey and effective appointment scheduling.

As a trusted representative at VaCC, you'll handle incoming calls from clients and assist them in navigating their inquiries. This part-time position focuses on customer service excellence and supports recruitment efforts while managing sensitive information with care and integrity. You'll thrive in a collaborative environment that values diverse perspectives.

Key Responsibilities: • Handle all inbound calls with professionalism • Answer client inquiries in English and French • Refer calls to appropriate departments when needed • Support the Appointment Setting team in scheduling • Maintain and update client information accurately

Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent required • At least two years of customer service experience • Knowledge in private education or recruitment is an asset • Strong communication skills in both English and French • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
