Job description

As Dealership Administrator I, you will engage with various financial tasks, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of dealership operations. Key responsibilities include preparing bank deposits, reconciling accounting schedules, and managing petty cash transactions. This role is suited for individuals with experience in dealership accounting and a commitment to high standards.

Key Responsibilities: • Prepare daily deposits and reconcile cash accounts • Manage petty cash within accounting operations • Assist in collections through collaboration with the AR team • Ensure precise vendor invoice coding and approvals • Conduct monthly inventory journal counts

Requirements: • Prior experience in accounting at dealerships • Proficient in ADP, Microsoft Office, and Excel • Excellent customer service and communication skills • High School diploma or equivalent required • 18 years or older
