Job description
Explore a management career in HVAC with EMCO Corporation's Development Program. As a full-time trainee, you'll receive hands-on training across multiple aspects of business operations.

This program caters to new graduates eager to make an impact in the construction industry. Over four phases, you will learn about shipping, customer management, and sales while being supported by mentors across Canada. By the end, you’ll be equipped to lead a Profit Center location effectively.

Key Responsibilities: • Gain product knowledge and operational experience • Build and manage relationships with customers and vendors • Analyze sales opportunities and expand the customer base • Provide leadership and coaching to team members • Deliver excellence in customer service and project management

Requirements: • Degree or diploma from any field of study • Strong work ethic paired with a positive attitude • Interest in sales and ability to work in teams • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools • Excellent communication skills and integrity
