Customer Order Specialist

About the Opportunity

• Process and manage inbound sales orders from distributors, order acknowledgements, special pricing approvals, and coordinating shipments and returns
• Provide daily administrative support including maintaining accounts, preparing product information for e-stores, and fulfilling ad-hoc requests from management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for distributor and customer inquiries, tracking complaints and ensuring a high standard of service across all interactions

• Detail-oriented and process-driven, with the ability to manage high volumes of transactions accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communicator who can handle customer and distributor inquiries professionally, resolve issues, and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams
• Organized self-starter with experience in order management or administrative roles; familiarity with Salesforce and SharePoint is an asset

Pay Range
$50,000 - $60,000 per year
