Job description
Become a transformational leader as the Director of Marketing and Sales at Isaac. Enhance brand visibility and sales capabilities while driving sector-specific growth. In this dynamic role, you will not only strategize but also actively contribute to Isaac’s marketing and sales initiatives. By working closely with sector leaders, you will facilitate the development of enabling tools and processes that yield quantifiable results. Your leadership will also foster a culture that values collaboration, growth, and accountability among team members. Key Responsibilities: • Define and execute the overall marketing strategy • Act as a trusted partner for sector leaders • Improve pipeline reporting and CRM systems • Develop and deliver effective sales training programs • Spearhead marketing initiatives and thought leadership efforts Requirements: • 10+ years in marketing, sales, or business development • 8+ years in professional services leadership roles • Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders • Essential understanding of consulting firm operations • Flexibility in a scale-up environment with evolving processes Lead Isaac’s strategic marketing efforts and elevate sales functions for sustained growth and development. #J-18808-Ljbffr
