Job description

Lieu/Location : Montréal – centre-ville - Présentiel 1 à 2 fois/semaine / Montreal – downtown - On-site 1 to 2 times/week

Duree/Duration : Jusqu'au 31 décembre 2026 – 40 hours/week / Until December 31, 2026 – 40 hours/week


Le candidat doit posséder les qualifications :

  • Vous possédez un minimum de 8 ans d'expérience en gestion du changement organisationnel
  • Vous détenez au minimum un baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent
  • Vous avez une compréhension approfondie de l'environnement manufacturier et des processus associés, ainsi que des enjeux organisationnels et humains liés aux changements de processus d'affaires
  • Vous avez démontré une solide expérience en gestion de projets
  • Vous possédez une vaste expérience de travail avec des employés syndiqués dans le cadre de projets antérieurs
  • Vous avez une bonne connaissance des ressources humaines et des processus associés aux changements de processus d'affaires
  • Une expérience avec SAP, Workforce et People Fluent constitue un atout
  • Vous êtes bilingue (français et anglais)


Description du poste :

  • Agir en tant qu'analyste en gestion du changement au niveau entreprise pour les impacts fournisseurs et l'expérience fournisseur, en assurant une vision transversale et de bout en bout de la manière dont les changements affectent collectivement les fournisseurs.
  • Réaliser des évaluations intégrées des impacts du changement à travers toutes les initiatives et fonctions
  • Soutenir le périmètre de la gestion du changement du début à la fin à travers une série de processus de changement permettant une transition optimale de l'organisation, en identifiant les risques tout en optimisant sa préparation au changement
  • Soutenir les analyses exécutives, la gestion des parties prenantes, développer des impacts/risques de haut niveau liés au changement, élaborer la stratégie globale de préparation au changement, participer à la définition de la stratégie de communication, tout en assurant en permanence l'alignement entre les activités métier et les projets
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes clés (expert en gestion du changement, agents de gestion du changement, membres des équipes communication et formation) afin d'assurer une forte intégration et adoption de la solution
  • Entretenir des relations stratégiques avec les principaux sponsors, leaders, employés et fournisseurs
  • Définir, maintenir et gouverner une feuille de route unifiée de l'expérience fournisseur ainsi qu'un plan de communication et d'engagement
  • Livrer les jalons de gestion du changement convenus
  • Favoriser la collaboration transversale entre plusieurs flux de travail, implantations de systèmes et fournisseurs clés afin d'aligner les impacts du changement, coordonner les communications, les KPI et assurer la préparation à l'adoption de bout en bout
  • Partager de manière proactive les meilleures pratiques en gestion du changement

  • Requirements:You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in organizational change management
  • You hold at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • You have a deep understanding of the manufacturing environment and associated processes, as well as organizational and human challenges related to business process changes
  • You have demonstrated solid experience in project management
  • You have extensive experience working with unionized employees in previous projects
  • You have good knowledge of human resources and processes related to business process changes
  • Experience with SAP, Workforce, and PeopleFluent is an asset
  • You are bilingual (French and English)


Job description:

  • Act as the enterprise change management analyst for supplier impacts and supplier experience, ensuring a cross-functional, end-to-end view of how changes collectively affect suppliers.
  • Conduct integrated change impact assessments across all initiatives and functions
  • Support the change management scope from start to end in a series of change processes allowing the optimum transition of the organization, identifying risk while optimizing its change readiness.
  • Support executive analysis, stakeholder management, develop high level impacts/risks to change, develop overall change readiness strategy, participate in the definition of the communication strategy, while always ensuring business and project alignment
  • Work in close collaboration with key stakeholders (Change Management Expert, Change Management Agents, Communications and training team members to ensure strong integration and adoption of the solution.
  • Nurture strategic relationships with key sponsors, leaders, employees and suppliers
  • Define, maintain, and govern a unified supplier experience roadmap and communication/ engagement plan
  • Deliver agreed upon change management milestones.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across multiple streams and system implantations and key suppliers to align change impacts, coordinate communications, KPIs and ensure end-to-end adoption readiness.
  • Proactively share Change management best practices
