You’ll join a large, established organization operating a highly active on-site facility in Drummondville. This is a confidential search, but the mandate is clear: stabilize, secure, and continuously improve local IT/OT operations while partnering closely with plant leadership and regional IT governance.
Your New Role
As the Plant IT Manager, you will lead the local IT function and serve as the key bridge between Plant Management and a regional IT governance & compliance organization. This is a true player-coach opportunity—owning day-to-day infrastructure reliability while driving governance, cybersecurity discipline, and IT/OT alignment across the site.
