Job description
Join Triple M Metal's team as a Customer Experience Administrator. Optimize customer interactions by supporting sales staff and enhancing operational efficiency.

This role demands coordination of departmental functions across Trading, Logistics, and Order Processing. Your experience in handling AP/AR duties will be vital as you ensure proper documentation and customer satisfaction. Collaboration with various teams and effective problem-solving will be key in streamlining the daily workflow.

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct accounts payable/accounts receivable functions • Organize and manage paperwork daily • Validate and match sales and purchasing records • Produce detailed sales and settlement reports • Investigate discrepancies in billing and payments

Requirements: • 1-2 years in AP/AR roles required • Strong detail orientation and organization skills • Good communication abilities with a can-do attitude • Proficiency in Great Plains and Microsoft Office • OSSD or similar educational background
