Job description
Drive project success as a Site Supervisor at Kilmarnock Enterprise. This role demands top-tier management capabilities to achieve efficient site operations and safety compliance.

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Site Supervisor oversees all onsite activities and ensures effective use of labor and materials. Candidates should possess strong problem-solving and communication skills, alongside a solid understanding of construction methods. This position is integral to ensuring project milestones are met on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate daily activities of construction crews and trades • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations • Train and supervise staff to maintain project efficiency • Conduct regular safety inspections and manage reports • Handle project administration and communication with clients

Requirements: • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent • Journeyman or equivalent qualifications required • Effective leadership and planning skills needed • Strong attention to detail and time management • Ability to work independently in a busy environment
