Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing & Demand Generation Senior Manager to own our global demand strategy, build measurable pipeline, and elevate our brand across domestic and international markets. This role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on execution across digital marketing, campaigns, creative development, and revenue alignment. You will manage multi‑channel demand programs, lead a small in-house creative team, and partner closely with sales, leadership, and external agencies. Your work will have a direct and visible impact on pipeline growth and revenue performance.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties
Develop and execute integrated demand generation and marketing strategies across domestic and international markets.
Plan, manage, and optimize multi‑channel campaigns by translating marketing and business objectives into actionable, data‑driven programs across email, digital, social, web, and events.
Lead end‑to‑end campaign planning, execution, testing, and optimization to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with leadership, Business Development, Product, Design, and Engineering teams to align marketing campaigns with revenue goals and support company objectives in a flat, project‑driven environment.
Oversee the efforts to enhance website strategy including landing pages, conversion optimization, SEO, tracking, and analytics.
Champion the use of AI across marketing to accelerate content creation, personalization, automation, analytics, and creative production.
Own global trade show strategy and execution, including budgeting, booth design coordination, logistics, lead capture, and post‑event follow‑up.
Own and manage comprehensive B2B marketing campaigns across the full funnel.
Lead press release strategy and execution in collaboration with PR partners and internal stakeholders.
Strengthen event ROI through improved pre‑event planning, onsite engagement, and post‑event nurturing.
Drive strategic sales‑marketing alignment by partnering with Sales leadership to refine lead qualification frameworks, optimize scoring and handoff processes, and elevate full‑funnel visibility to accelerate pipeline growth and revenue impact.
Lead and mentor a small in‑house creative team (graphic design, social media), providing direction, setting priorities, and improving workflows.
Foster a culture of innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance, marketing‑sourced pipeline, ROI, MQL/SQL flow, and conversion metrics.
Provide strategic consultation supporting smarter decision‑making and strategy refinement.
Continually test and optimize programs to maximize impact and efficiency.

Requirements / Qualifications Work Experience:
5+ years of B2B demand generation or marketing experience, including domestic and international program execution.
Proven experience managing trade shows, PR/press releases, and integrated multi‑channel campaigns.
Experience leading small creative marketing teams.
Experience in the LED display, ProAV, or related B2B technology industries is an asset.
Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel occasionally for events and trade shows.
Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, attribution platforms, etc.).
Hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce).
Strong working knowledge of AI tools for marketing (content generation, automation, analytics, personalization).
Solid understanding of website fundamentals (CMS, landing pages, SEO, CRO, analytics, UTM tracking).
International marketing experience, including localization strategies and global market expansion.
