Job descriptionJob Summary The Senior Talent Solutions Partner is a senior individual contributor primarily responsible for the delivery, governance, and optimization of outsourced recruiting services through external RPO and vendor partners. This role owns vendor‑managed recruiting outcomes end‑to‑end, with success measured by achievement of defined SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, and candidate experience outcomes. Serving as the primary point of accountability between the business, Talent Acquisition, and outsourced providers, the Senior Talent Solutions Partner ensures recruiting delivery aligns with workforce plans, business priorities, and financial guardrails while continuously improving vendor performance and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Own and be accountable for the delivery of outsourced recruiting services through RPO and vendor partners, ensuring achievement of defined SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, and candidate experience outcomes.
Serve as the primary point of contact and governance lead for RPO and recruiting vendors, managing performance, priorities, and day‑to‑day execution.
Translate business hiring demand and workforce plans into clear vendor‑focused recruiting strategies, capacity plans, and prioritization.
Partner with business leaders, HR, and Finance to align vendor‑supported hiring with business priorities, expectations, and financial guardrails.
Analyze recruiting and vendor performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and accurate reporting across all vendor‑managed recruiting activity and ATS usage.
Support recruiting delivery across Canada, Mexico, and the United States, ensuring alignment with regional workforce needs and business priorities.
Oversee and coordinate recruiting strategies for unionized (hourly) workforce populations, ensuring compliance with local labor agreements and practices.
Partner with local HR and business leaders to navigate country‑specific regulations, hiring practices, and workforce dynamics.
Ensure vendor performance and recruiting delivery are aligned with high‑volume and operational hiring needs, particularly within manufacturing environments.
Drive consistency in recruiting processes and candidate experience across multi‑country operations.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in human resources, legal, organizational psychology, business administration, or related field; master's degree preferred.
Experience 3 – 6 years as responsible for hourly recruitment.
Knowledge of Canada and U.S.A hourly recruitment (must).
English Advanced.
Advanced stakeholder management and consultative partnering.
Strong knowledge of RPO delivery models and vendor governance.
Recruiting process and workflow optimization (end‑to‑end hiring lifecycle).
Data‑driven decision‑making and funnel analytics (KPIs, SLAs, dashboards).
Skilled in intake facilitation, role calibration, and selection design.
Change management and project leadership for small‑to‑mid initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication for sensitive situations.
Working knowledge of employment compliance and equitable hiring practices.
Proficiency with ATS and recruiting technologies (SuccessFactors preferred).
Visa and passport are required.
This position is an individual contributor role and has no direct reports.
