Adecco is currently hiring a full-time
Bilingual Executive Assistant to join a forward-thinking, industry-leading organization in
Sudbury, ON . This is an exciting opportunity to support senior leadership in a dynamic environment focused on innovation, continuous improvement, and a strong safety culture. You will provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. You will play a key role in managing schedules, coordinating travel and events, and supporting communication across the organization.
This full-time contract role will begin as a maternity leave cover for up to 18 months, with the potential to transition into a similar position within the company.

Responsibilities: - Provide executive-level administrative support and build strong internal relationships
- Manage calendars, meetings, and corporate events, including logistics and coordination
- Arrange and manage travel bookings for multiple team members
- Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence on behalf of leadership
- Coordinate conference calls, venues, and catering for meetings and events
- Oversee bookings and operations for specialized spaces (e.g., underground test mine)
- Handle calls, mail, requests, and confidential information with discretion
- Track and manage expenses, invoices, and administrative processes
- Support social media initiatives and communications as needed
- Assist with various projects and ad-hoc tasks across departments
- Maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
Qualifications and Skills: - College diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience supporting senior leadership in an executive assistant role
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with event coordination and travel management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Bilingualism (English/French) is required
- Experience with social media or communications support
- Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
