Job description
Embark on a career as an Enterprise Account Executive at Adastra, where you'll develop strategic growth initiatives within the enterprise sector in a hybrid working model.

In this permanent full-time role, leverage your extensive experience to influence enterprise business expansion. Collaborate with channel partners, mentor team members, and engage C-level executives to shape robust client strategies. Your insights will steer account management while ensuring compliance with internal policies and market demands.

Key Responsibilities: • Act as quarterback for enterprise account strategies • Drive engagement with high-value enterprise prospects • Oversee the development of proposals and contracts • Represent Adastra at industry events and client meetings • Monitor market trends to inform strategic account decisions

Requirements: • 10+ years in Account Management or similar roles • Proven track record with complex enterprise clients • Strong experience in AI-driven or cloud solution sales • Excellent communication across all executive levels • Familiarity with Microsoft, AWS, or GCP preferred
