Job description
Make a difference in children's lives as a Child Care Administrator at YMCA in Newfoundland and Labrador. Lead and supervise programs to foster child growth in a safe, inclusive environment.

The YMCA is seeking a dedicated Administrator to oversee child care services and support family dynamics. In this leadership role, you will guide staff and volunteers while ensuring quality programming and compliance. Candidates should excel in maintaining a safe atmosphere for children, drawing upon their experience in early learning environments.

Key Responsibilities: • Supervise staff and volunteers to ensure effective programming • Maintain a clean, safe environment for children • Ensure compliance with regulations and standards • Plan and assess early childhood programs continuously • Support families in child development activities

Requirements: • Graduate from Early Childhood Education program • Minimum Level 2 AECENL Child Care Certification • Proven experience in early learning settings • Current Standard First Aid and CPR Level C • Ability to lift and assist children as needed
