We are seeking a collaborative and results-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at understanding business needs, supporting transformational initiatives, and helping organizations successfully adopt new processes, systems, and technologies.
As a Business Analyst you will work closely with clients, stakeholders, project teams, and leadership to analyze business requirements, support solution delivery, and contribute to organizational change activities that drive successful implementation and user adoption.
The successful candidate will bring a balance of business analysis expertise, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness experience, while also supporting end-user enablement and knowledge transfer activities where required.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements across, credit union systems, core banking, digital banking systems.
. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with business and technical teams.
. Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
. Create business process documentation, workflows, user stories, gap analyses, and functional specifications.
. Support project delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
. Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and implementation activities.
. Support the development and execution of change management plans.
. Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and organizational readiness evaluations.
. Identify potential resistance points and support mitigation planning.
. Assist with stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption activities.
. Collaborate with project managers, communications teams, and leadership to support successful organizational change.
. Define and monitor adoption and readiness metrics to measure change success.
. Support the creation of user guides, job aids, knowledge transfer materials, and end-user documentation.
. Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and user support activities as needed.
. Contribute to user readiness initiatives to support successful solution adoption.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Five years or more as a in Business Analysis, Organizational Change Management, or related roles.
• Proven experience working in a credit union or financial services environment.
• Exposure to core banking and digital banking platforms such as DNA, Wealth view and/or RFS .
• Experience supporting business transformation and technology implementation projects.
• Post-secondary education in Business, Information Technology, Organizational Development, or a related discipline
• Strong experience, eliciting requirements, and documenting business processes.
• Experience working with stakeholders across business and technical teams.
• Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall project delivery methodologies
• Strong analytical, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in fast-paced environments.

The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications.
