motivated, relationship‑focused Outside Sales Representative (Independent Contractor)
to represent Modern Beauty and support professional beauty clients across the
Kelowna area.

What You’ll Do
Manage and grow an assigned, exclusive sales territory
Build strong, long‑term relationships with existing clients while identifying and securing new business
Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to drive sales and brand loyalty
Prospect new clients through cold calling, referrals, and networking within the professional beauty industry
Plan and manage your schedule to ensure consistent territory coverage and follow‑up
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, call activity, and sales plans
Stay current on industry trends, promotions, and product launches through training sessions, trade shows, and educational events
Represent Modern Beauty with professionalism while addressing client questions, needs, and objections
Act as a trusted partner by aligning client goals with Modern Beauty’s product offerings
What You Bring
Minimum 2 years of sales experience (outside sales strongly preferred)
Beauty industry experience is an asset, but not required
Strong relationship‑building skills and a customer‑first mindset
Proven ability to drive results in both relationship‑based and volume‑driven sales environments
High level of self‑motivation, organization, and accountability
Confidence, resilience, and persistence when overcoming objections
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
Valid passport (occasional travel outside of Canada may be required)
Compensation & Structure
Independent contractor role
Possibility of guaranteed earnings during an initial onboarding period, followed by commission‑based compensation (details discussed during the interview process)
