Are you a Property Accountant looking for a "work family" rather than just a workplace?

What You’ll Do Working closely with our Controller and Accounting Manager, you will take ownership of financial reporting packages, variance commentary, and annual operating cost recoveries.
You’ll be the "eyes and ears" of our monthly reports—identifying trends and helping management understand the story behind the numbers.
You’ll also be a key player during budget season and year-end audits.
What You Bring At least 2 years of full-cycle and property management accounting experience.
A "can-do" attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Yardi Voyager (it’s a big plus!).
A CPA designation (or the drive to finish one).
