Job description
Lead customer growth and transformation as a Docebo Enterprise Customer Success Manager. Drive product adoption and maximize ROI within a hybrid work environment.

As a pivotal role at Docebo, you will utilize your expertise to manage enterprise accounts and transform customer goals into reality through the platform. Your strategic guidance ensures that the Docebo LMS seamlessly integrates into customer cultures, leading to measurable outcomes. Your responsibilities will include advocating for clients, navigating complex challenges, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver optimal experiences.

Key Responsibilities: • Champion the customer as their primary advocate • Drive strategic adoption of the Docebo LMS • Become an expert on complex configurations • Simplify technical concepts for clear communication • Proactively manage renewals and expansion opportunities

Requirements: • 5+ years in Customer Success with B2B SaaS experience • Proven skills in relationship building and stakeholder influence • Strong organizational abilities in high-pressure situations • Proficiency in clear and effective communication • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
