Job description
Join Centerra Gold's Mount Milligan Mine team as a Supervisor of Maintenance. Drive safety and reliability in equipment maintenance while leading a talented workforce.

In this role, you will supervise day-to-day maintenance activities, ensuring work is performed safely and efficiently. You will inspire the team, using your leadership to enhance equipment availability. Collaboration with Engineers and Planners is key to successfully executing maintenance plans and continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead the Mine Maintenance team with effective direction • Promote a safety culture and conduct toolbox meetings • Set performance goals and perform meaningful reviews • Track maintenance work with precision and accuracy • Encourage ongoing employee development and skill building

Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in an industrial setting • Certification as a Red Seal Heavy Duty Mechanic is an asset • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook applications • Valid Canadian Driver's License is required
