About the Opportunity We are looking for Medical Radiation Technologists to join our interdisciplinary team of skilled professionals. Reporting to the Manager of Medical Imaging, the incumbent will perform all diagnostic, O.R., and portable procedures, office procedures, room cleaning, and patient transportation as required. In addition, the incumbent will gain experience working with our 64-slice CT scanner and other leading diagnostic equipment.

The hours of work are all shifts, including weekends and being on standby as required.

About the Benefits In return for your dedication, you will be rewarded with an attractive hourly salary of $36.84 - $50.24 based on experience.

More About You You must be registered with the College of Medical Radiation Technologists of Ontario to qualify for the role. You will also need to have:

Successful completion of an approved program of Medical Radiation Technology;

Current membership or eligibility for membership in the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologies and Ontario Association of Medical Radiation Sciences;

Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;

Current CPR certification;

Demonstrated satisfactory attendance levels, work performance, disciplinary history and positive work references;

Demonstrated knowledge of various computer applications and software related to healthcare programs;

A minimum of one (1) year of recent experience as a Medical Radiation Technologist would be an asset;

Experience with Mammography would be an asset;

Experience with CT would be an asset;

Successful completion of additional courses in Cross-Sectional Anatomy: CAMRT CT 1, 2, & 3 would be an asset.
