Lead end-to-end program delivery at WOLF, driving complex hardware product development from initial requirements through to release in a fast-paced aerospace and defence environment Earn a competitive annual salary of $110,000–$150,000 with comprehensive benefits Join WOLF’s high-performance engineering team to deliver mission-critical technologies that power next-generation aerospace and defence systems

About Wolf Advanced Technology At Wolf Advanced Technology (WOLF), we lead the world in designing and developing rugged, field-deployable solutions that capture, process, encode, and display embedded video for the most demanding military and aerospace markets. If you excel in fast-paced development and are excited by leading-edge technology, WOLF is the company for you. Join us and contribute to groundbreaking, lifesaving, mission-critical systems.

WOLF is on the hunt for

a full-time Program Manager, PMO

to join our mission-driven, cross-functional team in Aurora, ON. This is a

hybrid position , with an expectation to be in the office 3 days per week, along with the understanding that additional in-office days may be required based on business needs.

Reporting to the Chief Strategy Innovation Officer, you’ll play a mission-critical role in driving complex product programs from kickoff through delivery, owning timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional execution across engineering, operations, and customer teams.

This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment where you’ll sit at the centre of execution. You’ll work closely with engineering, sales, procurement, and logistics, taking full ownership of program delivery in a hands-on capacity within a lean structure where you manage scheduling, coordination, and execution directly.

Drive program delivery : Lead new product orders from initial requirements through to release, owning timelines, scope, and deliverables

Build execution plans : Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and program artifacts that guide teams through each phase

Align cross-functional teams : Work closely with engineering, sales, procurement, and logistics to ensure clarity, accountability, and forward momentum

Own program communication : Keep stakeholders aligned on progress, risks, and key decisions across internal teams and customers

Identify and solve risks : Proactively surface program challenges and lead solutions to keep delivery on track

Track and improve performance : Monitor program metrics, adjust plans, and drive continuous improvement across projects

Stay close to engineering execution : Engage with teams on BOM structures, component strategy, and schematic and PCB development to ensure requirements are fully captured

Take full ownership of delivery : Step into a hands‑on role where you manage scheduling, coordination, and execution without relying on large support structures

If you’re ready to take ownership of complex programs and thrive in a hands‑on, high-accountability environment, this is your opportunity to make a real impact at WOLF.
