Job description
Join WELLSTAR Technologies as an FP&A Manager focusing on the Clinical Platform Group in Vancouver or Toronto. Leverage your finance expertise to enhance growth and drive insights.

This role involves aligning financial goals with product and operational teams. As a full-time FP&A Manager, you will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and analysis. The position provides an opportunity to make strategic contributions to a dynamic SaaS company poised for growth and transition to public markets.

Key Responsibilities: • Partner with Product and Engineering leaders for financial insights • Establish and maintain financial models for planning • Deliver actionable recommendations from performance analysis • Analyze growth levers and pricing strategies • Lead financial integration for acquisitions and strategic projects

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field • 3–5 years experience in a finance business partner role • Strong knowledge of subscription-based revenue models • Familiarity with financial automation tools • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
