Description
:À titre d’Analyste données et performance,vous vous réaliserezen exploitant et en analysant des données afin de soutenir la performance opérationnelle. Vous contribuerez à une meilleure compréhension des réalités du secteur-Distribution directe - Assurance des particuliersen produisant des analyses et des rapports pertinents. En collaboration avec les équipes et les actuaires, vous participerez au suivi des indicateurs clés et des projets, tout en utilisant vos compétences en programmation pour optimiser l’utilisation des outils analytiques et appuyer la prise de décision.
Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes :
Développer, produire et maintenir des rapports de suivi ou des tableaux de bord, analyser ceux-ci afin de monitorer les différents indicateurs de performance et identifier les tendances émergentes.
Proposer et incorporer des améliorations continues aux outils et aux rapports existants tout en priorisant les travaux les plus importants dans l’équipe.
Actualiser et générer des rapports, et les distribuer aux dirigeants et aux divers intervenants sur une base récurrente.
Soutenir l’actuariat dans l’extraction, la manipulation et la valorisation de la donnée dans les différentes analyses de l’équipe.
Participer ou prendre en charge des analyses au niveau de l’analytique d’affaire.
Vos talents et vos qualifications :
Baccalauréatenstatistiques, en mathématiques, en administration ou une autre discipline pertinente au poste.
5 années d’expérience dans des fonctions similaires.
Connaissance approfondie des langages de base de données et de programmation (R, SQL), ainsi que des méthodes etdes outils statistiques
Connaissance en centre d’appels omnicanal sera considéré comme un atout.
Connaissancedans le domaine de l’assurance de dommagessera considéré comme un atout.
