Job description
Join CFMWS as a Financial Counsellor, focusing on financial education and guidance for Canadian Armed Forces members. Help clients achieve financial stability through tailored advice.

As part of the SISIP Financial division, the Financial Counsellor provides essential advice and support to serving CAF members and their spouses. This position fosters client relationships while delivering impactful financial education and counseling. You will monitor financial goals, adjust plans, and promote financial well-being.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide remedial and preventative financial counselling. • Facilitate discovery conversations to understand client needs. • Implement individual financial action plans and monitor progress. • Enhance partnerships and client engagement with CAF families. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and corporate policies.

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Business Administration. • Relevant experience in debt counselling or personal finance. • Strong client focus and communication skills. • Leadership in organizing presentations and workshops. • Ability to work on-site, Monday to Friday.
