Asset Integrity Specialist
position in the Asset Management Department. Reporting to the Manager, Asset & Data Integrity the Asset Integrity Specialist will be responsible for defining, implementing and managing asset management plans for a wide range of asset classes.
Key responsibilities
Develop and maintain multi year asset management plans across a range of airport infrastructure asset classes.
Monitor asset performance, lifecycle costs, risk, and reliability, and recommend improvement strategies.
Support enterprise asset management (EAM/CMMS) practices, including asset data quality, hierarchy standards, and onboarding of new assets.
Analyze maintenance and performance data to inform investment planning, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide technical input and guidance on asset standards, procedures, and best practices, aligning with regulatory and safety requirements (e.g., ISO 55000 principles).
Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, operations, IT, and finance stakeholders to implement asset strategies consistently.
Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for leadership, translating technical information into business insights.
Support and participate in incident response, investigations, and operational issue resolution as required.
Provide functional leadership and direction to internal teams and contracted resources in support of asset integrity and performance.
Key qualifications
5 years’ experience working in an airport and/or industrial plant environment supplemented by a bachelor’s degree in applied science, Science or Engineering.
Experience in asset lifecycle development and management including definition, selection, procurement, design and installation, commissioning, maintenance, and recapitalization.
Familiarity with asset management standards and frameworks (such as ISO 55000 guidelines) and their application in an operational environment.
Experience in conducting and facilitating field reviews and inspections as part of asset lifecycle assessments and repairs.
Understanding of asset lifecycle management principles and best practices
Asset management professional certification is considered an asset.
Ability to prepare polished reports and deliver presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Although not required, French language skills are an asset as we are committed to providing bilingual services to our visitors and passengers.
