Job description
Sales Advisor About the Company A leading provider of residential home services and energy-efficient solutions is seeking motivated Sales Advisors to join its growing team.   • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing residential customers
  • Build strong customer relationships through consultative selling and exceptional service
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
  • Maintain accurate customer information and activity within the CRM system
  • Participate in ongoing coaching and skill development sessions
  • Meet and exceed sales performance goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-consumer (B2C) sales experience, preferably within residential sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends based on customer availability
  • Reliable transportation required
