The Adventure Ahead:

As a Customer Success Manager, you are the ultimate architect of our customers' growth, transforming their business goals into reality through the power of the Docebo platform. You won't just manage accounts; you’ll act as a visionary consultant, bridging the gap between high‑level learning strategy and technical execution to turn training into a corporate superpower. Your mission is to ensure every customer in your portfolio feels the “Docebo Heart” by maximizing their ROI, driving deep product adoption, and fostering long‑term partnerships that defy the status‑quo. The Day-to-Day:

Champion the Customer:

Act as the primary advocate and trusted advisor for your portfolio, ensuring their unique challenges are met with innovative, effective solutions.

Drive Strategic Adoption:

Consult with customers on industry best practices to ensure the Docebo LMS is fully integrated into their culture and driving measurable business results.

Master the Platform:

Become a certified Docebo expert, guiding customers through complex configurations and showing them how to unlock the full potential of our AI‑powered tools.

Bridge the Communication Gap:

Simplify complex technical concepts into clear, business‑focused narratives that resonate with stakeholders from IT admins to C‑suite executives.

Architect Retention & Growth:

Proactively manage the renewal cycle and identify clever upsell or cross‑sell opportunities that help our customers expand their impact.

Collaborate Globally:

Partner across internal teams—from Sales to Product—to ensure a seamless, world‑class experience for every learner and leader we serve.

Lead the Escalation:

Calmly and strategically navigate high‑stakes challenges, turning potential roadblocks into opportunities for deeper trust and resolution.

Your Superpowers:

The SaaS Specialist:

You bring 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, specifically within the B2B SaaS space, managing complex accounts with flair.

Relationship Alchemist:

You possess a proven ability to build instant rapport and influence stakeholders, ensuring customers achieve their outcomes while you drive upsell growth.

Strategic Problem Solver:

You thrive under pressure and can juggle a high volume of tasks with autonomous, razor‑sharp organizational skills.

The Effective Communicator:

Whether it’s a virtual presentation or a written strategy doc, you deliver your message with clarity, punch, and empathy.

Continuous Learner:

You have a natural curiosity for HR or LMS technology and a drive to stay ahead of industry trends.

Cultural Catalyst:

You embody the “Docebo Heart,” approaching every interaction with positive intent, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for inclusivity.

The Road Warrior:

You are ready and willing to travel up to 25% of the time to meet your customers where they are and celebrate their success in person.

Bonus Points:

Deep familiarity with the LMS or HR Tech ecosystem.

Experience navigating complex technical integrations within a learning environment.
