Job description
Lead and innovate as the Maintenance Supervisor at CNL, enhancing safety and efficiency within a skilled team. Situated in Chalk River, Ontario, this role emphasizes operational excellence.

This position requires you to oversee a team of trades professionals, ensuring all tasks are performed to exacting standards. You'll set and monitor performance metrics, engage in continuous improvement, and provide robust leadership on the floor. Supporting team development and hiring, as well as ensuring regulatory compliance, are essential components of this role.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee trades team ensuring compliance with safety standards • Set performance benchmarks and monitor results • Approve work plans confirming adherence to best practices • Facilitate career development through mentoring • Engage actively in safety initiatives and improvement initiatives

Requirements: • Post-secondary education with 5 years technical experience • Prior experience in a supervisory capacity • Capacity to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce • Familiarity with technical specifications and union agreements • Must be eligible for Security Clearance with a history of compliance
