Job description
Become the Director of Finance for F.O.W.E.S, a volunteer opportunity in Montreal, QC, focused on advancing women's economic inclusion and leadership. This role involves managing the financial health of F.O.W.E.S by overseeing budgeting and financial reporting. You will prepare and analyze financial statements, support funding strategies, and ensure compliance. Your strategic insights will contribute to building a legacy of empowerment across industries for up to two years. Key Responsibilities: • Lead financial planning and reporting initiatives • Develop and manage organizational budgets effectively • Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights • Support the structuring of funding and program financials • Deliver timely financial updates to management and board Requirements: • Proficient in financial planning and budget oversight • Strong analytical skills for financial data evaluation • Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills • Nonprofit financial management experience is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field, CPA is advantageous Join F.O.W.E.S and make a meaningful impact on women’s lives through sound financial leadership. #J-18808-Ljbffr
