Profil
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un bachelier (économie, supply chain, business…) et disposez idéalement d’une première expérience en customer service, order management ou environnement opérationnel.
- Vous maîtrisez le français (niveau natif ou équivalent), ainsi que l’anglais, utilisé au quotidien dans l’environnement interne.
- Vous avez un esprit analytique développé et êtes à l’aise dans la résolution de problèmes opérationnels.
- Organisé et rigoureux, vous gérez efficacement les priorités et savez évoluer dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution.
- Vous êtes capable de travailler sous pression tout en maintenant un haut niveau de qualité et de précision.
- Proactif et autonome, vous prenez des initiatives et améliorez activement les pratiques.
- Vous êtes attentif à l’expérience client et comprenez l’impact de l’efficacité opérationnelle sur la satisfaction client.
- Vous collaborez aisément avec des interlocuteurs variés et évoluez avec aisance dans un environnement international et multiculturel.
- Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques (Excel, Outlook) et êtes à l’aise avec des systèmes ERP (idéalement SAP).
- Un intérêt pour la digitalisation, l’automatisation ou l’intelligence artificielle (IA), ainsi que des notions en gestion de projet (Lean, Agile…) constituent des atouts.
