Job description
Elevate your career as a Senior Associate in Investor Delivery at MUFG Investor Services with a hybrid work model. You'll support quality control, client inquiries, and enhance investor relations. In your role reporting to the Associate Director of Investor Operations, you'll facilitate deliverables and guide your team in a fast-paced financial environment. Your expertise in asset management and client service will be crucial as you navigate daily inquiries and ensure compliance with service agreements. Key Responsibilities: • Support quality control of daily deliverables • Act as primary contact for client inquiries • Prepare ad hoc deliverables as needed • Respond to queries from clients and fund managers • Guide colleagues in daily operations Requirements: • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business preferred • 0-2 years experience in financial services or client service • Knowledge of Investor Services processes is a plus • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel • Relevant certifications like CPA or ACCA are advantageous Bring your financial acumen and client service excellence to MUFG Investor Services! #J-18808-Ljbffr
