Job description
Cleaver-Brooks Canada Packaged Boiler Systems, a leading manufacturer of boilers and energy recovery systems, has an opening for a Processing Order Analyst at their Stratford Ontario facility at 161 Lorne Ave., W, Stratford ON. Hours of work are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday to Friday.

The Processing Order Analyst will be responsible for the processing of routine manufacturing orders - processing routing orders under the direction of senior order processor analyst.

Salary Range:

$65,000-$70,000 CAD per year

Essential Duties

Communicates discrepancies on sales orders.

Assists senior order processor analyst with the preparation of internal documents to forward orders to affected departments.

Processes fabrication drawings, orders and advanced order components.

Read wire drawings, blueprints and detailed drawings which include technical layout, multiple views, and assembly drawings.

Interface with internal staff as well as customers and vendors regarding technical issues pertaining to parts, design, usage, and specifications.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Able to read blueprints and engineered drawings.

Electrical aptitude.

Understanding of piping and instrumentation diagram/drawing.

Experience and good working knowledge of AutoCAD and Inventor is an asset.

Experience in American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) standard and IFS (ERP system) is an asset.

Relevant boiler product knowledge is an asset.

Processing knowledge is an asset.

Able to handle responsibilities with effective interpersonal skills and to effectively interface with others inside and outside the company.

Other Duties:

Other duties as assigned.

Education Required:

High School Diploma, Post-Secondary Education in the fields of Supply Chain and Operations as well as Practical Elements of Mechanical Engineering plus 1 year training or equivalent work experience, is considered an asset.

Experience Required:

2-5 years processing experience in an industrial manufacturing setting.
