Job description
Join Amico as a Contracts Administrator in North York, Ontario and enhance your career in commercial operations within construction. Your expertise will be key in managing contracts and administrative tasks effectively.

In this pivotal role at Amico, you will work closely with the Contracts Coordinator on contractual/commercial matters. Responsibilities include drafting correspondence, preparing monthly reports, and leading stakeholder meetings. Your contributions will be vital to maintaining compliance and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate on the daily management of contract matters • Draft formal letters and analyze commercial claims • Prepare reports on project progress as required • Lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or relevant proven experience • Up to 5 years in a similar role • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite • Strong communication and multitasking skills • Ability to problem-solve and self-manage
