Our client, a leading organization in the finance and reporting sector, is seeking a JR Finance & Reporting Analyst to join their team. As a JR Finance & Reporting Analyst, you will be part of the Finance department supporting sales analytics and financial reporting functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: JR Finance & Reporting Analyst
Location: Mississauga, ON
Pay Range: $21/hr
Shift: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What's the Job?
- Support sales analytics and reporting activities to improve data accuracy and efficiency
- Analyze customer rebate trends and assist in building automated reports for better insights
- Assist with commission forecasting and financial tracking to support decision-making
- Support the FP&A team with sales and financial data analysis to enhance reporting quality
- Handle ad hoc reporting and analysis tasks as required to meet organizational needs
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma (minimum requirement)
- Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical and data manipulation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and Excel-based analysis
