Als Backend Entwickler (m/w/d) bist du Teil unseres agilen Projektteams und arbeitest gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Mitarbeiter:innen und Berufseinsteiger:innen an der Entwicklung von Lösungen für die digitale Transformation Deutschlands.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Entwicklung, Testing und Optimierung von Backend-Services
• Technische Analyse fachlicher Anforderungen, Erstellung von Konzepten und Umsetzung im Ticketmanagement-System
• Implementierung von Schnittstellen (REST, GraphQL, gRPC) für KI- und Nicht-KI-Services
• Unterstützen beim Entwerfen, Modellieren, Umsetzen und Pflegen von skalierbaren Microservice-Architekturen
• Unterstützung bei der Auswahl und Anbindung von KI-Modellen (z. B. Sprachmodelle), inkl. einfacher Prompt-Optimierung
• Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams und ggf. Beratung von Kunden bei technischen Fragestellungen
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Mindestens 2 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Backend-Entwicklung mit Java und Spring Boot
• Erfahrung im Design und in der Umsetzung von Microservice-Architekturen, idealerweise mit Domain-Driven Design
• Sicherer Umgang mit relationalen, NoSQL- und Vektordatenbanken
• Grundkenntnisse in KI-Technologien wie LangChain, Spring AI, RAG oder Prompt Engineering von Vorteil
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
